I had it embroidered years ago with 63 NCAA champs......I am thinking about taking it back to get more....which belongs on the hat.
Final Four .......Sweet Sixteen.......or CBI title........MVC championships ?????

Think that’s a cool idea, I’d definitely say the Sweet Sixteens (‘85 and ‘21), the tourney is the ultimate prize so better to highlight those.

Swellas idea also great, but why limit yourself? Go full on flags, they can double as capes if needed.
