Part of the deal that allowed the gambling bill to pass was a provision that you can’t bet on games involving collegiate or amateur teams from Illinois. You won’t find any SIU, Bradley, or Illinois State games on there, either.

I mean, you technically *can* do it, with the right app or telling the app that you’re outside of the State...you just won’t be doing it legally if you’re actually inside the State of Illinois

You can get around that by betting on bovada.lv
