Nice concept But not exactly new !! Back in the OLDEN days the NIT WAS the tourney-We did well in it--The NCAA was made up of what we now call P5 for the most part--Those schools were really FOOTBALL oriented --Except for Indiana. KY and precious few others !! Then the FOOTBALLERS "discovered " MONEY to be had--, threw their weight around and we NOW have what we have !!

I say we et al should really give it a good look !! Join togethershut out the P5s--a lot of which are dirty or have been. I LIKE IT
