Loyola just signed a new JC recruit. Why in the world is Swoopes being allowed to recruit during an investigation. Why is she or her staff allowed to do anything. You put them on paid leave and tell them they are not allowed contact with anyone past present or future. You have to finish the investigation first. Once again Loyola doing things half ass backward. Who is giving them legal advice?

Really amazing.....I really do not think they know what to do.......and this is a hot potato. I also think Swoopes is a strong personality and LU is worried about $$$$$ and lawsuits....THe lawyers will decide this one.

This is one big mess!! How can you sign players when the entire program is under investigation. Here we go again with another story in depth! Players speaking out in detail about the players and what they went through. We all know where this is heading!!! How can something like this happen with no response from the admin for 3 years

Yes it is smh. I really wish these get together with some legal advise. There's no way this should've happened for three years and no one helped. There isn't media attention for the school to act swiftly enough. There's no way they could say they don't know what's going on when the entire women's basketball world knows what's going on at LUC
