Shockers will be sweating next Sunday.

Personally, I don't think they have a tourney resume. Just no real quality wins. But the committee will take into consideration the fact that they were mission FVV most of the non-conf season.

Hope to see Evansville make it. Mock and DJ deserve a shot to prove themselves on the national stage.

They should get in on past performance ( I feel the NCAA does this ) Maybe a 11 or 12 seed

Now that WSU is no more than an ALSO-RAN , might not these rumors of them leaving the VALLEY be tamped down a bit--BUT if they did, Valpo would be a grat addition.

They should, as we played them to a standstill--almost.

You know, the Arch tournament is weird. It of course IS stacked against the bottom feeders But spread it out a tad Or cut the last two making it an 8 team tourney.

I believe the Big Least starring Creighton and DePewl does this--At least I think they do.

As regards WSU--our tourney record this year was 1-1 same as theirs !! Against the Panthers , they were just NOT angry enough I guess !!

WSU will almost certainly be in. They might not have if they'd lost to us, with our 235ish RPI, but UNI is now up to 79 with the WSU win. They might be down near the last 4 in at an 11 seed now, but I think they'll be in unless there's a rash of upsets in league tournaments.

UNI might have played their way up to an NIT bid if they don't beat Evansville.
