We did not make the "top 8" for Jarvis. It was Northwestern, Notre Dame, Georgetown, VCU, Florida, Miami, Cal & Georgia Tech.

I believe Adelekun took his official visit to LU yesterday. Wonder how it went. Was Chris Knight there? Would be great to hear some news soon. He would be a massive addition for us.

He is our first add this year. Seems like another Chris Knight, about same size and stats.

Big addition. Will be a nightly double/double threat.

3 more spots. Great start to a very important off-season.

From the article:

“I also feel as though I was their top guy and that it was the best situation for me from a basketball standpoint, being able to be a major contributor to a talented team in a great conference is a huge for a guy like me.”

Okay. Looks like as of now, our starters are:

F - Rubin
F - Adelekun
F - Alston
G - Edwards
G - Norris

From there it’s
F - Welch
F - Schwieger
F - Lewis
G - Dawson
G - Quinn

With 3 spots left, my only hope is a 6’10” center, and after that another ball handler that isn’t turnover prone. We get that and we should be in the top half of the league.

I don't think Rubin will be a day one starter. I think Norris and Alston are the only surefire starters as of now. Dame, Ben, Edwards, Welch and TBD transfers will be competing for the other three spots. But as we've seen being a "starter" doesn't mean a ton and will change as the season progresses.

I do think Dame will be a great mentor for Rubin.

Huge get! Pumped. Agree on Miles, think he gets 20 mins a game by the end of the season but not a starter. If I had to guess, starting lineup is

Norris
Sheldon
Ben
Phil
Dame

With Rubin, Tom, Dawson, and Quinn getting run off the bench.
