I wish it was “over” and we had some closure and could start looking forward to the future. Unfortunately, with so much up in the air with everyone else’s futures, it makes things difficult.
We know Porter is out and Valentine is in.
We know that Frank, Cooper and Hebb are all but out.
We know Ben Shweiger is IN.
It would really be great to hear something (either way) from:
Krutwig
Williamson
Uguak
Clemons
Hall
Then we would at least know what we might be looking at going into next year.
Glad its over

As much as money, I bet this was at least as an important a factor.
And now I simply want to forget PM and move on....

I'd love word from Ty Johnson that he's still locked in.
Re: Glad its over
There is no mystery why Porter left. LU's offer was less than half of OU. Plain and simple, everything else is noise.
Re: Glad its over
The money is good, but watch the Jim Rome interview. It wasn’t about the money.

Re: Glad its over
Forget watching the Rome show, or any show... It's all noise. I would think the coaching challenge at LUC to be at the national level year in and year out is more challenging than finishing third or fourth in Big 12 and still getting NCAA bids.... He apparently didn't want to deal with this challenge going forward, or firmly believes it is just not possible. I'm OK with that, but I think LUC can prove otherwise. I wish Porter well, but the media show is nothing more.
We have an excellent AD, very promising coach, and with just a bit of good fortune and hard work will continue on the path....

I would add based on social media interactions that it seems like Braden and Huston are still "All In"...but take it with a grain of salt given how others have acted despite being all in
