We only made 10 turnovers. But we only made 10 of 17 freebies. Damn.

Odum's offensive rebound off the missed free throw into a three point play was an absolute killer.

Not much to say. We should have won this game and we didn't. Crisman shouldn't be taking that shot at the end of the game.

One thing that bothered me was the lack of consistency with the refs. They called Osborne early for a body foul. Ok, that's fine. By definition, it's a foul. They called us a couple of times in the 2nd half for body fouls as well. But did they call ISUblue for body fouls? Nope. There were about 5 instances where it happened. No call. Also, Kitchell was CAMPING in the lane. There were a half dozen times where he was in the lane for over 6 seconds...no call.

That's not why we lost, but it sure as hell pissed me off.

I guess most of the LUC students are a bunch of wimps--Sad to say it , but if these students cannot goad themselves to walk--what, maybe two/ three blocks to see a BIG TIME team play Hoops in a BIG TIME conference, there is certainly something radically wrong and something truly missing.l

CRIPES Longshot Lor and I came all the way from Oak Park and Maywood respectively to watch games in a "GYM" that if you were not careful, you could have received a concussion game in and game out.

Hoops is an athletic way of life at LUC-- Maybe not any more which is SHAMEFUL !! So let me say--SHAME ON THEM-- !! Disgusting !!

They gave 500 tickets away to Saturday's game to incoming Freshmen. I'm guessing about 10 show up.

I'm terribly disappointed in these students and I remember games during my time when I was the only one sitting in the students section.

re: attendance
Students and others will come to games if.....
they're fun,
the team is winning,
there are some charismatic players,
everybody else is going,
the competing teams are interesting and entertaining.

Well, the Loyola team is not winning. And the teams of the MVC are decidedly not any more interesting or entertaining (or better) than the teams of the Horizon League.

Instead of worrying about the people who don't show up to games, let's celebrate the hard core fans who do. Go Ramblers.

ROG Gal !! I surely do respect your opinions but I must say I love the fact that you show up over and over--as a REAL fan does.

My only problem with your take is actually two-fold.
Chaisma !!--Milton and Christian--Keke I like as well--courageous- and what is better than to see Turk light it up--although he could NOT shake loose this evening.

Quality MVC--vis-a --vis MVC--In my opinion it is no contest--Criminy!! WSU could and might go all the way. ISU and N Iowa are so much better than ANY in HL. that it is no contest--My opinion only, Gal !!

I mean, there are some students showing up. I'm equally worried (if not more) about the other sections.
