Word on Twitter is Porter Moser and Bryan Mullins were out watching Tai Bibbs this morning. Bibbs is a 6'2 guard from West Chicago averaging 28 ppg. Super explosive going to the basket and has a lot of upside as his perimeter game continues to grow.
He's had tremendous growth in his game this year and was looking like a big steal for Drake (along with Joliet Wests Teyvion Kirk who I'd also love to see in a Rambler uniform...) before they both were granted releases with the coaching change. As of now there's no offer but wouldn't be surprised to hear differently in the coming days.

Re: Tai Bibbs
Looks like Bibbs may indeed be a new focus. 3 star sharpshooter Sasha Stefanovic the other 2016 we are recruiting has us in his final 4 schools (UNI, Evansville, Valpo the others) but is waiting out to see if he will get a high major offer (he's received a lot of interest but no offers).
Here's a more recent highlight video of Bibbs for his midseason highlights... estimates are he added five inches to his vertical in the past year: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKTb44JqgRY&t=135s
In terms of other recruits there's been no word on Tywhon Pickford outside of his verbal commits listing and a tweet saying we inquired about him in late December... so I'm not sure if there's much there. Our other two offers Mark Smith and Isaiah Coleman Lands haven't seen much movement and are likely going to stay that way. Smith has become a high major priority targets and Lands hasn't been actively recruited since the summer (possibly a Dildy recruit?).
