No, Bill is not a bot and yes, he is one of the best human assets the athletic department employs. Steve bringing him back was a great move not only because he’s very good at his job, but helps bridge a gap with a lot of alumni of the department that were alienated by our prior AD.

I agree that there needs to be some changes made, but in my opinion this would be a bit problematic. Schools would be less willing to accept transfers because they can’t afford to lose scholarships. If you wanted to tie it to more than 2 transfers in a year or 4 in two years, maybe that works better ...
