Identity problem
Identity problem
The e-mail from Rambler Athletics this morning has a link to the group tickets page. See http://ramblerstix.com/ The banner at the top has a hazy picture of a nice college building that's not ours. I believe it is the signature building at Loyola New Orleans. Apparently some of the marketing operation has been outsourced to people have their Loyolas confused.

That is most definitely LU-NO. Kind of sad that they couldn't do a bit more research.
Cigarboy sucks!
Re: Identity problem
Reminds me of Anthony Weiner's mayoral campaign website, which launched with a photo of the Pittsburgh skyline in the background.

Good catch Scream.
Proving once again that the contract with Get Real Sports was a sound investment.
I was tempted to notify the Athletic Department about this, but I think we should use this gaffe as a natural experiment to see if anybody there reads Ramblermania.
If the photo gets pulled soon we'll know...

I'm going to bet that it is changed by COB on Friday. If it is not...then clearly, the Athletic Department is out of touch with its REAL fan base (which currently stands at about 3/4 of the total number of individuals who are members on Ramblermania).

B reads the board. I'd have to imagine he would say something (if others in the department don't read here)

I don't know if people are aware of this, but following a certain incident, Calhoun banned Athletic Department employees from posting on Ramblermania.
I assume they can still read it though.
I miss B...

Are you privy to this incident...and are you willing to share?
