Just to be fair,,,PM got this house because I passed on it....two reasons...too close to the Lake, you know it is cooler by the Lake and I like to enjoy every degree of these 95 degree days,,,,and second I am a Cardinal fan and there was just something about the ............of the house. Think I am going to look for something a little bigger...........
