It's a shame Cigar isn't around anymore to come up with some reason why the President is a jerk (for honoring the 63 team)

We all know that the president is not a jerk for honoring the 63 team. He is a jerk despite honoring the 63 team.

Cigar would pin him as a jerk for the ceremony. He's just that good...

Good for our team !! I like PM's answer to Pres Obama--
The visit is something the guys will remember forever. I know, as my visit with GWB at the WH--along with most of the family was a thrill. Pres Bush and Laura were just authentic--So much so that Laura Paula (daughter) were talkin' babies while GWB gave my two AkronGrand- sons baseballs and me some other goodies. He did ask if I was a baseball fan--I said "Yup- a Cub fan" He chuckled and said --"Sad--very Sad " " OH well"--we laughed and shook hands and away we went !!!
Booth Akron Grandsons were big shots at St Hilary's for about five minutes !!!

I'd have to imagine it would be quite a thrill to meet the POTUS.

No doubt!
Here's a picture from the WH Twitter feed of some of the team in the Oval Office. They look pretty excited

That photo is a keeper.
It must have been absolutely inconceivable for those guys when they were in college to even imagine that they'd be invited to the White House-- let alone by an African-American President of the United States from Chicago. If someone had told them that in 1963, they would have gone the next 45 years thinking they'd met an insane person.
P.S. Trivia question: How many state high school basketball champions are in that photo? A: One. Barack Obama was the 6th man on the 1979 Punahou High School team that won the state basketball championship.

"Young and Hungry" is pretty close to what Monica Lewinsky said to Bill Clinton in the Oval Office.
There is some controversy, but she either said "Young and Horny" or "Young and Thirsty".
