Steve Taylor, originally from Simeon, has decided to transfer after junior year at Marquette. He only has one year of eligibility left and has to sit-out a year, but I think he would be a great piece for Milton Doyle's senior season, which I think already has the makings to be a special season. He never was fully able to reach the potential that people thought he would reach at Marquette, but with a some new surroundings and a different type a conference he could be a real star.

Well... If he wants to come Home and play for a season, I would think that we would have to be the overall front runners. Depaul is coachless and in the cellar. UIC is coachless. Meanwhile, Loyola is on the rise, and has a need for some strong forwards to complement a solid backcourt. I suppose if we think Doyle's senior year is our year to make a run, he would definitely be a good piece to have for valley play. Really, the question is, "does he want to come back to Chicago?"
