UCSD Forward Francis Nwaokorie is taking a visit this week (along with Charlotte). Listed between 6’7” and 6’8” and 220lbs. Has been a strong shooter in the past (career 37% from 3, and 76% FT) but shot a little worse from 3 last year (34%). Has averaged at least 11pts and 5 boards all 3 years in the Big West. Seems to be a pretty solid piece if he’s added.

Jalen DeLoach is visiting tomorrow (April 15th) and St. louis (April 28-29). He’s proven himself in the league already as he averaged 10pts, 7 Reb, and a block per game as a Sophmore at VCU. Played at Georgia this year only averaging 3pts/3reb a game in 13 minutes. At 6’9” 220 he’s a load and would likely play starter minutes (25+) on next year’s squad. Good to get him on campus.

Saw him up close when VCU played at the Joe, and he was the most impressive player I noticed on VCU. I was surprised he didn't go to Penn State with half of the team when VCU's coach bolted. Positionwise and skillwise, he'd be perfect for us.

Haven't seen anything. Was hoping he'd commit and cancel his SLU visit. I'm not overly confident if he goes through with his visit to SLU. New coach, tons of transfers/recruits will be there with him, lot of hype around the program.
