Feels very dirty how we were treated here.
From what I've heard the whole staff is proud and excited for Clayton. I don't necessarily think that means he has a spot in Drew's coaching staff if he decides he wants to come back down the road.

Thanks for posting the article. Trilly is super plugged in.
I like Nairns as an option. Coached at Sunrise for a few years which would be a great pipeline. Close with the Valentines, assume he’s good on the court as a former high D1 player. I’d be pretty happy there

Here is his current bio from Seattle’s website. This is a interesting attribute to me, emphasis mine: “Leading all recruiting efforts for the Big Green program, Bradley was instrumental in landing some of the best consecutive recruiting classes in Dartmouth history. His niche as a global recruiter allowed for roster diversity from 13 different states and
four foreign countries.”

If true, the Ivy League/Loyola connection continues. Probably noteworthy that he coached Chris Knight (and presumably also Dame Adelekun?) as well.

Expanding to foreign recruiting has served Davidson, St. Mary's and many others very well. Basketball is a global game (and is continuing to grow in many countries). Identifying talent and building connections/pipelines could be huge for the program.
Outside of Canada (Uguak, Bujdoso(?)) and maybe a stray example here and there like Skona and Rajala (ha), we haven't really gotten into any foreign recruiting. Initially, I wanted Tum Tum. But I think I like this (pending) hire more now.

I am always happy to see a Loyola grad get a good job!
Seriously, it's hard not to take this personally. However, they are all coaches and they understand the system. If you want to move up, you need to move out.
