So Coach V was on WGN today . He said he was giving all the seniors all the time they would need to make a decision, although he would like to have them all back....Also said they were very active in the transfer portal....and would have a couple of announcements next week, they would have to wait for official signatures before they could make an announcement.

Seniors returning for a 5th year don’t count towards the 13 scholarships

The scholarship limit is 13 plus the total of all seniors eligible for extra season.
So since Loyola has 5 seniors potentially eligible they could have 18 players.
If none of the seniors sought to return the total scholarships would be 13.
If two of the five return the limit is 15.
I think you get the point.
Now if you three leaving of the non seniors, we would have gone from 13 to 10 which would give you three scholarships available for
this year.
