It was a weak technical. If you watch the replay, the bench guys were doing it before Welch did. He celebrated with his teams, and was sprinting to the other end of the floor. The radio announcers mentioned that Bradley's Boya has done the same thing many times this season too. I wish we heard from Drew after the game what the explanation from the ref was.
