For some reason, I was under the impression we were entering year three of another four year series with them.

By "next season," does he mean the 2019/2020, or the 2020/2021 season? A good journalist would make that clear.

I interpreted it as 19-20, especially when reading it in concert with Streak’s previous hint about a game in Arizona this year
