Now I get it !! The Sand Diego Trib mentions that the refs were from Mt W Conference !! Hence the rash of early second half fouls maybe ?? !!

This is NOT cool aid we drinking==THIS is a good team !!

8 game streak ?? Only overconfidence will get in our way--This was my second reason for not--We took nice care of the first, beating SDS !!

Regardless of what the SD Trib says, WE WERE A BETTER TEAM THAN THE AZTECS !!

There can be NO excuse for Students NOT being at the next two games==NONE whatever !!

My first game of the year today...and what a game! It's all been said already. Huge win for the program. Team looks great. Jackson is a terrific Porter was fired up. Students HAVE to come up and support this team. They just have to!

Nice win....good to feel good about the Ramblers. Love to look at the stat sheet. This year we are doing a much better job of not turning the ball over and our assist to turnover ratio is darned good. I think this year the guys handling the ball are doing a better job than last year (loved those guys but...) and we shot well ,over 50%. We will need to continue as we got outrebounded and probably will in the near future..and Scooby Doo was our leading rebounder.
For you basketball junkies. on Jan 15th you can do a college basketball double dip Ramblers at 3 ..beer at Brunos and hop the L to Northwester for game against Iowa at 6:30

San Diego State just won their mid season tournament beating a 10-2 San Francisco team (who were coming off a win against conference for ISU). Definitely seems like we did indeed break their confidence for a bit, but glad to see them back performing and helping us along the way.

While watching the game I looked up the thread here for their game with us and noted that the preview in the local paper in SD talked a bit about what a bad place Grand Canyon (180 RPI) was to play. We may have made things a little more difficult for SDSU there, but that was a loss that wasn't maybe as bad as it sounds. And, yes, SDSU wins do help us. Real Time RPI showed us moving up after their win. Unfortunately it was only from 108 to 107.
