Boise State Preview and Game Thread
Re: Boise State Preview and Game Thread
James has been terrific tonight. Why is he not on the floor? Less than 3 minutes to go?

We've looked a little sluggish most of the night, but given the back to back nights, not surprising.

Great win! Not just winning the game, but coming back in the second half on a tough shooting night... this is the type of game we'd lose by double digits last year.

Nice win Ramblers! It was ugly, but I love the W. Great effort. Merry Christmas Ramblers

Yes!!!! Biggest win yet - even with Boise down 2 top players this was huge. We did it with zero points from Turk and what I would call an of night from Milton.
On a different not - not sure why both coaches failed to call any time-outs in the final minute. Boise sure could have used one to set up a better shot.

Omg! We won! We won!
I'm so happy for this team. It wasn't a pretty game but we managed to close it out.
Porter deserves this one especially for making the difficult decision to stay with his team and finish the tournament. You can say whatever you want about Moser, but no one can question the man's dedication.

Re: Boise State Preview and Game Thread
Both teams were obviously tired. I think it wore a little more on Boise State. But still... never thought we'd win this tournament given the opposition.
So we enter conference play a week from tomorrow at 10-2, 8-2 vs. Division I teams, 3-1 in true road games, 5-1 away from home, and our only two losses at Michigan State and home vs. an 8-2 Tulane team. Just an outstanding, unexpected start to the season. Considering we've only had a few minutes played by anyone taller than 6'7" it's a near miracle. Huge credit to Porter Moser and the staff.

Two awesome wins in a row. We didn't play as well today but a win is a win. I'm loving how this season has been going so far going way past my expectations.
