SIU has moved up to #134 in the NET as of today, making our win in Carbondale a Q2 win for the moment.

Vandy still hanging around at 79 just on the cusp of a Q1 win.

And Vandy just lost a close one (by 2) to #24 Alabama on Tuesday. A win probably would have nudged them into the top 75.

I agree that we need to win tomorrow and at least make it to Sunday to make the dance. As of now we are a last four in playing in the First Four in Dayton. I think a Madison Square Garden NIT run MAY be better than a First Four loss.

The NCAA tournament is always better than the NIT.

A first four game would give them national exposure as those are the only games on and tourney fatigue in the viewing audience hasn't set in.
