Conrad Luczynski, the 7'3" Bartlett High School center I promoted, just got big props from a local recruiting guru who said Conrad could be a "high major" player in the right program, and took Loyola and other local schools to task for not recruiting him.
Has offers from UCSB and Marquette per Verbal Commits
He's at the NBA Academy in Australia, and is the only player from New Zealand on the team. I know the international guys generally have less coverage, but kind of odd 247 calls him one of the "top international prospects in the class", but he doesn't have a page on their site.

Very interesting prospect. More like Bobi Klintmann too, where he’s more of a huge wing. Says that he plays a lot of 3 usually but guards up and down. 7’1 wingspan

Little nugget that Lucas dropped in the latest Bears Blers Belgium pod. He mentioned that they took an undisclosed recruit (assuming Ben) out to RPM for the visit dinner. At the very least he was eating well!

3-Starr, 6'7 forward from DC, plays for the Team Durant AAU squad. Couple short articles here, here, and here.
Offers of note include: Seton Hall, Rhode Island, Rutgers, Xavier, VCU, St. Bonaventure, Iona, Richmond, Charlotte, UNGC.
Was definitely more of a wing than a post player, but was one of our few 2022 offers still outstanding.
Think if Knight is able to come back will play a large factor, but feel like the staff might be looking at the transfer portal or JUCO ranks for another big for next season.
Still have an offer out to Henry Cowles, a 6'10 center out of Arkansas, but think he's still a little raw similar to Hutty.

Had forgotten about that one, as he shows up in the Freshman column and I was just looking at the high school recruits in the right two columns.

talking about recruiting, it has been refreshing to read high school bball recruiting info almost everyday in the SUN TIMES after deep sixing the Trib.. but it has raised some questions.
1. how stringent are our academic entry requirements for athletes? Are they the same as for regular students or do we slip an application under the door at midnigt occasionally?
2. There seem to be a ton of Chicago kids leaving the area w/o a LU offer....any thoughts ?
3. We do not seem to have much of a Chicago presence on the coaching staff?
even though we have 5 Chicago area kids on the roster this year I kind of thought with our recent success we would have grabbed a few more kids.

Regarding Chicago kids - more a result of the class in Chicago this year than anything. A few blue blood level talents (Huff and Schutt) and a pretty sizeable gap (with AJ Casey somewhere in between).
We offered Xavier Amos from Young but he ended up at NIU, Avila to Indiana State. That said we ended up with one of the best in the state in Jalen Quinn. Given our inexperience next year I’m also not sure we wanna add many more freshmen, my guess is we lean on the portal.
