Out of curiousity I just looked at Gordon’s twitter page to see if there was anything from his visit. Didn’t see any tweets about it, but I did notice that one of his profile pictures shows the top of the Hancock building. That may or may not mean anything, but it’s at least interesting since he’s an Ohio kid.

Nice catch! Wouldn't be shocked if that's a recruiting graphic someone made for him (could be us, DePaul, or a third party), he's shared recruiting graphics from us in the past.

I'd be surprised if he committed anytime soon. The day before he visited he got offers from BC and SMU, plus Clemson was checking on him. He transferred to a prep school with the intention of focusing on basketball after he stopped playing football... I could see him trying to push as far as he can offer wise; that said if he loved his visit then you don't run from a good thing and he did also follow a couple of LU folks recently.

I would not expect we get this one. I agree with the point earlier he didn’t transfer to West Virginia for one year to go to a mid major (see Terrence Shannon). If somehow he evaluated things and decides to come here, that would be awesome, but either way, I think we’ve brought in a solid recruiting class.

Anderson Kopp, a 6'5 guard from Texas, took an unofficial visit to Loyola this week.

They’re definitely related somehow; Miller’s been retweeting his highlights.

Good rotation on Anderson’s shot; kid can flat out shoot it.

Gordon to Virginia Tech. Surprising choice given that offers were still rolling in; but it’s close to his new home and ya like what you like. I’ll be curious where we go next

Judging by who Mullins and Valentine have been following on Twitter recently, it looks like the recruiting focus has shifted to the junior college ranks.

No clue for who, or even what class, but looking at his Instagram it looks like Coach Valentine is currently on a recruiting trip that took him to the Bahamas
