Jeff White has ball-handling issues?

Yeah - I think White does have some handling problems. He had a handful of handle related turnovers on Sunday. Very good player who is only going to get better, but certainly not a natural 1. So I agree that point guard is a need, though I thought that Richardson was a 1.

Maybe I missed a post at some point, but what is the deal with Pickett? Is he transferring? Redshirting? I did not see him on the bench Sunday.

Jeff did have a rough day yesterday but overall a high percentage of his games his assist to turnover rate is pretty darn good. Last year he went a couple of games with no turn overs. Yesterday those little guards from ISU were ball hawks and the press required him to handle the ball more and under more pressure. Overall I think jeff is a true point guard and is getting better and better but it sure would not hurt to have a second quality point guard. Now it seems that Milton Doyle handles the ball a lot and his assist to turnover ratio aint that hot

I didn't realize he had six turnovers Sunday until I checked the box score last night.

We would definitely benefit from more depth at point. From the glimpses we got of Pickett, I hoped he could give us 10 solid minutes a game. But I'm a big Jeff White fan, and we could use depth at every position.

Speaking of Pickett, you didn't miss anything. We are all wondering what's going on. Someone posted that he'd heard Pickett won't play again, and then a few days later he mysteriously appeared in the Evansville game.
