If?
Still a lot of season left. Hopefully we can get Houinsou back this week, perform to our potential, and grind our way to somewhere between 18-20 wins. We're 10-6 already and have at least 16 games left including the conference tournament. 8-8 puts us at a 18 wins, which while underwhelming would still be respectable. It's not anarchy, but it is college basketball. Crazier things have happened.

Yep...We misunderstood the loss of Brandon but Moore was a good pick up...Neither Jalen or Des are true point guard types....it is a tough spot to be in. I also think we did a poor job of getting a physically solid low post player...or maybe we tried and could not get it done. My gut tells me though that this is the type of team Drew wants...a team of interchangeable guys who can play a 4 or 5 out offense and cause havoc and turnovers on defense with a rim protector. I also think we are missing overall a really solid coaching staff. We have had a lot of turnover there. I am rooting for Drew, think he is a good guy.
Overall I am hoping we go 500 in conference and get a win in the tournament but am not optimistic with out a point guard and a low post scoring threat I think we have too many holes.
Certainly agree that Saturday would have been a chance to get the freshman some experience but do not see either of them as an answer for this year.
I still wonder if LU has the cash on hand to get it done in this new college basketball landscape.
