I think I'd take the 6'7" kid.

On the home front, 6'3" lefty Camron Donatlan of West Aurora is a nice player.

Verbal Commits shows Camron with no offers as of yet,,,,and an injured knee.....as a 2* summer ball will be important.....you know something we dont know?

Don't know much about Camron; but Bryan Mullins does follow him on twitter so we likely are involved with him on some level (you can draw a lot of conclusions on whom is involved with whom based on who college assistants are following on twitter, as well as what they choose to "like"). He's also a 2018 so he'll likely have offers coming in over the summer. Has had interest from Illinois State and Stanford as well as an offer from Santa Clara. Labeled more as a pure athlete; very fast and can DUNK.

Since we're talking about local products I again point to Javon Freeman for the next class. He CARRIED Whitney Young in the city Semi's against Simeon scoring 26 pts in a loss. Loyola's his only offer, really hoping we can snag him before he starts to blow up. Plays for Meanstreets AAU.

Being a West Aurora kid, I like to think he does even though Gordy Kerkman retired almost two seasons ago.

The Prep Bullseye guys tweeted that Bruninga is taking official visits to Loyola, UNI, and Illinois State. Guess we'll see him at Gentile next year one way or another.
