On Shockernet I predicted a 79-78 Rambler victory on a Milton Doyle buzzer beater.
I gotta stick with that, although I admit it's quite a stretch.
I'm more confident that we will outscore them in one of the halves. I hope it's the first half because that means we're in the game for a while at least and might even have a shot to pull it out at the end. If it's the second half that we outscore them that probably means that we got blown out the first half and Marshall called off the dogs after the outcome was no longer in doubt. (There IS a chance that it means instead thatwe've staged a stirring comeback victory.) The key will be to stay out of foul trouble and shoot a high percentage, especially on 3s. It would be nice to see OUR Kansas boys Clayton and Ben have a good game. I'd love to see them drain some treys. It would also help if the Shockers were looking ahead a little bit to their next game against the Redbirds.

Does this look like someone who calls off the dogs?
I'm glad you guys aren't on the team. You've conceded this game before you even walked onto the court.

Am i doing this "trash talk" thing right?
Where did you learn how to trash talk?!? Finishing school? That was TERRIBLE.
One of the funniest student section chants was a couple years back was "Politely Disagree-Politely Disagree" anytime a bad foul was called against us. It ended up working as it was one of our first MVC wins against UNI where we beat them in overtime at Gentile in 2014.
(I also enjoyed the "Swaggy-T" chants anytime Devon Turk would make a shot during the CBI season).
