I hope you're right, but I don't think WSU is that big a draw. I guess 3000 or so.

If a team that went undefeated last year isn't a big draw then who is?

Thanks for posting that JCT, I mean Johnny Junction.

Fun to see how excited all the Rambler players got when the shot fell!

I checked last year's attendance. It was a little over 4500, so maybe my 3000 guess is a little low. Sunday's weather is supposed to be in the twenties, and the students may be back. Plus our team is winning.

Putting that all together, maybe we'll draw 3500-4000.

Last year was on a Wednesday and we were struggling.... Doesn't this years attendance have to be better than last year?

Also... some really nice reactions on Twitter about tonights game.

I've been to all the home games, and attendance so far is the worst I've ever seen it.

You may be missing the main point. Sure the Ramblers are playing well but there will be at least another 1000 or so to see Swella and him make his pitch for JCT to be officially introduced as Johnny Junction. That is the real attraction.
It may be his only chance to make the label stick in the public's mind. But he needs to bring his cardboard sign to promote it.

Perhaps a public service announcement on the scoreboard at halftime?

Hello all!

Don't post much, but check your board often. Grats on another solid win. I love the fact you are doing well in only your 2nd year! I will admit, I thought it might take you all a little longer to get there. But I am glad to be wrong. I love rubbing it into Creighton's face that you have a higher rpi than them also. Not such a bad replacement! ;) This was the best way to earn respect. Have to do it on the court. And you have done that and then some. I admit I am concerned with this one as the Shockers are still trying to build depth and find an identity. I will never pick against my Shockers, but this will be a real test.

Grats again and keep it going, well after Sunday you can keep it going! Lol

Wow! What an exciting last few seconds in this game. NBC Chicago sports showed the whole sequence with lots of positive props for the Ramblers.
I guess we will see about the attendance at the Wichita State game. Frankly, unless you are basketball fanatics, WSU does not have much cachet in Chicago.
Brot, I hope you feel better, the Ramblers absolutely NEED your moral support.
