Terrible start. You have to weather this early storm. Eventually these 3s won't fall. Drake can't going to shoot this well the whole game. Just have to keep it close until then.

They are out-hustling us on the boards and loose balls. Too many second and third chances.

Really rough stuff from Schweiger. His defense is a huge issue. You got 4 guys playing great defense and then Schweiger lets his man get wide open in the corner for a 3.

He's give that up 3 times already today. Can't be doing that when you're chasing.

On the flip side, I've been really impressed with Saint Thomas' defense so far.

Brodie travels, no call. Then Penn comes flying in faking push on his back, foul. Then a ticky tack call on Schwieger. Going to be one of those types of night.

Oh and Uguak was fouled on his dunk, should have been an and-1. And Sturtz flopped.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter if they are draining 3's and we are tossing up bricks. Just not good.

Don't forget Norris clearly getting hammered after releasing his 3 and not getting a call.

Not happy with these refs. All I want is consistency, and we haven't gotten that at all.

It ain’t the refs. Physical game and Drake is winning that battle, so far they are a step quicker and dictating the tempo.

This is the worst half of basketball we have played all year. Defensive mistakes everywhere, turnovers like the ball is on fire, forcing shots. Very undisciplined showing so far.

They look awful tonight. Just flat out awful.

Defense is non-existent. Turnovers everywhere. Nobody is confident enough to shoot the ball.

If I didn't know better I'd say they just don't want to be out on the floor tonight.

I love Schwieger, but if he isn’t scoring he’s a net negative on the court.

Saint had a great half except the one turnover. Maybe should have driven that fast break, but I will rarely turn down a Norris 3.

Stop turnovers and limit their ghost screen 3s. Not making it easy
