agree with this....would love to listen on WLUW....those post games were great.........seems like it would be a great chance for students to get some broadcast experience as well......I do remember AD Watson saying it was really expensive these days to get on the radio.

I had a 2 hour music show on WLUW as an undergrad. The leadership at the station has been incredibly inconsistent over the past 2 decades. Not just personnel but also what organization is even responsible for the station. At one point it wasn't even controlled by Loyola any more. As such there isn't much of a culture of accountability. Around 2016-2017 i believe there was an effort to begin broadcasting the games again but I don't know that it went anywhere. Perhaps with the teams recent success a renewed push would get some traction. Hard to know if that would be sustainable long term though. Undergrad sports radio probably isn't the professional launching pad it once was.

I think it is worth it....I still stream WLUW......and to be able to get the game on the days I am out and about would be awesome....plus those after game interviews were my best source of info on what was happening with the team..
