Yeah, nobody on this board should be excited about this. Nobody should want DePaul to have a good reason to get rid of their head basketball coach right now. The last thing I want is for us to get into a bidding war for Porter with these jerks.

I don't think this is on the coach. Also, I don't think that we're in competition with DePaul for Porter. That's not just a remodel...that's a teardown.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate Schadenfreude enough to learn how to spell it, but we just went to the Final Four. I wish no ill on any other program - but let's be clear - they are all chasing us. I'm guessing all the other Chicago programs are prob under a ton of "if Loyola can do this, why can't we" pressure now. We've arrived - and did it the right away.
