Some of that officiating was trash.

Still, moral victory for only losing by 2. Sucks, but still.

Good god! What an ending. Doyle got stripped. We could have easily won this game, or at least taken it into overtime. Idk what the miscommunication was, but with 32 seconds remaining, we should have fouled immediately. Took us 16 seconds to foul.

Didn't want to foul Smith if avoidable

That was a close call. Milton kinda lost control of the ball as he was attempting a pass. Pretty tough for a ref to call that foul with less than 10 seconds left.

Damn. That effort bodes well for the conference season, and I suppose that is what the nonconference season is for if you aren't building an at-large resume. But... damn.

That was definitely a foul. Were we in the bonus?

Yeah...gut wrenching loss. A win against an ACC program would have given us a huge boost in RPI and an even bigger boost in confidence.

Yeah, watching the replay, it does look like a reach-in foul.

Guys !! We all should know you do NOT win close ACC games on Tobacco Rd !! I am proud of our team--really proud !! BUT--a loss is just that --a loss.

We will now continue to do good stuff. The Valley top tier is in sight !!
