10. I read somewhere you only really need 8 toes.

9. I was going to walk on hot coals instead, but I didn't have any matches.

8. Moving laterally is not the only thing I'm slow at.

7. As long as I have to have medical insurance, I figured I might as well use it.

6. With my naturally ruddy complexion, my feet always look like they're frostbitten.

5. When you're 6'8", it takes a long time for the pain receptors in your feet to send a signal all the way to your brain.

4. I wanted to free up some playing time for Jeremy King.

3. I'm from Terre Haute, Indiana, for God's sake.

2. I was so proud of my new pedicure I just had to show it off.

1. I thought it was -16 CENTIGRADE, not Fahrenheit. Big Difference.

Well. that is almost a comment on my post-elsewhere- Swella's list is as always clever and funny--kind of-- The problem is , he let our team down--simple as that --IF the report is accurate

0. Wanted to see if Brunos enforced their "No Shoes. No Shirt. No Service." policy in winter.

-1. Didn't want to get my silver suede autographed Terrance Whiters Pumas full of road salt.

-2. Figured I would be able to move better laterally with fewer toes in the way.

-3. Hell week at MENSA, which I'm pledging.

-4. Thought "Matt Toe-Leery" would be a cool nickname.

I think you jumped the gun on the top 10. These additional five are better than the original ten!

I agree. I rushed the original 10 to make the evening edition of Ramblermania.
