Has anyone else started getting full screen roadblock style ads here or do I have a virus?

Google Ads changed their system, and these ads are the default. Apparently it only happens at the start of a new browsing session, not throughout a session. I'll see how it goes for a week or two. If anyone is vehemently opposed to it, I'll try to cut them out.

On the positive side, the Ramblermania reserve bank account just recently reached a very healthy 4 figures!!! :D
