In defense, as of today, LU is ranked 3rd in the nation allowing only 57.3 ppg, behind only UAB (first in Conf USA) and Houston (first in the American Athletic Conference). I guess Coach Moser knows what he is doing when he starts Aher Uguak & Lucas Williamson. On offense, LU ranks 8th in field goal percentage in the nation shooting at a 51.72% rate. behind number 1 Gonzaga & number 3 Drake. Welch .689, Uguak .648, Krutwig .614, and Kennedy .569 have been LU’s leaders in FG%. In ball handling, LU ranks 17th in the NCAA in assist/turnover ratio at 1.53. All 7 of our starters have done well in this area. Let me join in the thanks to JCT for the game prep work which I consult before, after, & during the games. |
