One Shining Pride
The game is over. The Wildcats beat the Wolverines. And the ending tradition of the "One Shining Moment" video has taken place. The outcome of the tournament certainly was not the one we Rambler fans were looking for, but we can take great pride in the fact that for the first time ever, the Loyola ...

So Proud of This Team
Tonight was Easter Vigil night at my parish, St. Michael Parish in Orland Park. Hence, I only saw at home only the first half of the game and followed the second half of the game in the narthex at the parish. Many were following the game with their mobile devices before our Easter Vigil began. And ...

I visited the Dallas Metroplex this past July, staying in Arlington. For more information about Dallas area tourism: m.

Okay, how far do we go?
As of right now, I have us beating Miami and upsetting Tennessee in Dallas. We do have experience in beating SEC teams, you know. If we want to dive in the deep end of the Kool Aid pool, could we topple presumably Cincinnati for a second time in the NCAA Tournament? If that were to happen, we would ...

Should we beat Miami and Tennessee/Wright State, we could face Cincinnati in the Sweet Sixteen. But first things first. BEAT THE U!

One Interseting Factoid
Here is one interesting factoid about our first NCAA Tournament berth in 33 years. Since we last played an NCAA Tournament basketball game, all six Chicago professional teams have won championships: Bears (1985), Bulls (1991, 1992, 1993, 1996, 1997, 1998), Fire (1998), White Sox (2005), Blackhawks ...
