I read the bio of Doug Elgin, MVC Commissioner. From 1980-81, Elgin worked at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. At that time I was doing the mid-day show on the album rock radio station in Charlottesville, 3WV. Given the fact that we were the only radio station in town geared toward people under 35, I'm pretty sure he heard me on the air 30+ years ago. |
