Email from this morning. Good deal.
IMO these guys should also get a team into the TBT (https://thetournament.com/)

----------------------

Mark your calendars for Sunday, August 4 at 3:00 pm when former Loyola legends will square off against the current Rambler squad in a scrimmage as part of the inaugural Keepers of the Culture Classic at Gentile Arena!
Former Ramblers scheduled to play include:

Cameron Krutwig
Lucas Williamson
Donte Ingram
Ben Richardson
Milton Doyle
Tate Hall
Braden Norris
Tom Welch
Ryan Schwieger
Chris Knight
Along with special guest Denzel Valentine, 2016 National Player of the Year

The event will be ticketed with all proceeds benefitting the Keepers of the Culture collective. Stay tuned for more information, registration options, and postgame activities, which will be available in the coming weeks.

This is one of the coolest things I've seen in a while. Kudos to whoever played a role in setting this up.

Hope there is some option to stream or watch a recording for those who can't make Rogers Park that Sunday. I'd honestly pay/donate a pretty large amount to be able to watch this.

Very cool, great chance to get a sneak peak at the current roster as well. That's a pretty stacked alum roster, I agree they should try TBT, although I think it's too late for 2024.

Coolest (and one of the most unique) things that Loyola has put together. Agree, hope there is a streaming option otherwise I might need to monitor flights (only partially kidding)

Saw Townes said something on Instagram about him not even being aware of the event. That's really disappointing. He was a key member of the F4 team and won a Larry Bird POY trophy. Why wouldn't he be asked?

Yep, a big thumbs up on this game. As this is summer based, attendance should be noteworthy. Two things come to mind. If it weren't for the FF/culture, this would not have happened. These guys are so young that this can be repeated for a number of summers.

Tickets officially for sale at https://keepersoftheculturenil.com/event-tickets/

Get-in price is $100 (General Admission). $50 for alums of last decade. $20 for current students. Then there are packages for post-game food/drinks, courtside seating, bench seating, lockeroom/huddle access.

We are under three weeks until the event, so not a ton of time to promote and sell these tickets. Please support this as it is a unique (and fun) initiative and goes towards critical NIL goals.

Plus, you get to see Krut vs Rubin; Donte hitting 3's; Milton showing off his game; Lucas and Ben locking down. It'll be a fun celebration of the LU culture.

Missing Townes though. And Porter & Custer...but wouldn't have expected them to be there.

Anyone know how ticket sales are going? It's just five days away and we haven't heard a ton about it. It'd be great if the students were on campus to liven up the atmosphere. Just hope they sell enough packages to make it a successful event.

Really hoping there is a live-stream option for this, but haven’t seen anything indicating that.

I emailed them back when this was announced asking/suggesting a PPV model. No response, somewhat lame because I do want to support events like these and the NIL as a whole
