Simeon (the #1 team from the region with Miles Rubin, a Loyola LOI) plays Young (4th team in the area) on Friday at UIC if anyone is interested in checking out that game.... Could be interesting. Wes Rubin was a Loyola verbal, but signed with UNI and appears to have really developed during the summer. |

I’m starting to wonder if the weather will impact this event at all. My old high school is scheduled to play the game right before Simeon’s game. It’s a great field, and it’d be disappointing if any games get cancelled...but getting from Springfield to Chicago on Friday might not be the smartest travel schedule. |
