Apologies if there's already a thread for this, but I couldn't find it using the search. Mods, please move this to the correct thread if there is one. Also realizing this should probably be titled "2022-2023 Schedule"

Obviously tough to match being in Battle 4 Atlantis, but still some high major competition in here and a chance for some quality wins.

Given our expected youth and inexperience next year, this seems like a really good field for us. Not a Blue Blood-type tournament like this year, but still some solid teams.

If we end up playing UMass does that count as a conference game? We're both in the A-10, so it would be weird if it didn't right?

The team is going to have a lot of experience from the guard spot with Norris and Kennedy.

It would not count as a conference game. They'll put us on opposite sides of the bracket to decrease the possibility. Charlotte and Tulsa will both be AAC next year also.

I don’t think Charlotte will enter the AAC before 7/1/2023.

But I agree it won’t be considered a A10 conf game. Wake Forest and UNC played each other in NCAAF this season as an out of conference game. If it’s not a conference scheduled/sanctioned game it won’t count in the Conference standings.

It's also worth noting that the Ivy-league transfers are still a question mark, if they come back we'll be a solid team.

Someone beat me to this this year.

Other than Myrtle Beach we have:
@ UIC
Home vs DePaul

Wishful thinking that Todd Golden schedules us at his new home in Gainesville

So we are the 15th school in the A-10....how will the conference scheduling work? How many conference games...who will we play home and away ? I assume we will have the same amount of home and away conference games ?
