Are blowouts worth more in the NET rankings?

No. NET takes margin of victory into account, but caps the margin at 10 so teams aren't incentivised to run up the score.

They are plenty of teams that I think there is incentive to run up the score. The ones coming up this week are the first that come to mind.

All five of our conference wins have been by double digits. Three of our five conference wins have been by 30+ points.

Great showing for us on ESPN. No one played more than 22 minutes yesterday which is huge on a short week and 5 road games in a row. Glad to see Tate break out; he came off the bench but played starter minutes. On top of 37 points this weekend he also had 9 assists, I always felt he was getting an usual amount of heat. Shooters slump, it happens. But credit to Porter for the move and helping him bounce out of it!

You can definitely tell Keith is healthy, he's moving so much better and his jump shot is getting way more elevation.... Marquise's scoring numbers weren't eye popping but he's definitely passing the eye test. He has a real gravitational pull for defenders while he's on the floor. His defense was also much improved this weekend, as someone pointed out, holding players accountable for mental lapses is how they'll learn. When he's on the floor without Krut the offense runs through him, could be a peek into the next few seasons.

Weirdest stat is Tom Welch now ranks fourth on the team in scoring behind Krut, Tate, and Lucas despite only playing 12 minutes a game. His post defense is still a work in progress but man, his offense is impressive, he's great at positioning himself behind post defenders for easy layups. Granted it was in garbage time but I thought Paxson and Baylor put in great minutes. Honestly any other year and they'd be seeing more minutes than they currently are.

Better than UNI except for the passes we threw off our own heads (2).

I took a second look at the one off Aher's head. He set a screen for Keith and Krut aimed the ball perfectly at Keith along the sideline. Aher was face to face with the screened defender who then pushed him - with two hands to the chest - into the path of the ball. So it was another "moving screen" that was missed
