I heard we are close to inking a home and home video basketball series with the University of Phoenix.

There's astronomical summer and meteorological summer.
Short answer is you're both wrong.

Meterological summer in the Northern Hemisphere is considered to be the months of June, July and August. Under this definition I think August 6th could be considered late summer.

It looks like Jo Ann Rooney has been preparing for social distancing for a long time.
Check out the furniture arrangement in her living room:

So warm and cozy! It reminds me of my Grandma Lottie's house on W. 34th Place.

Tell her good luck in the elevator or maybe she has a private elevator; that would be sweet.

Maybe the elevator has elevator quadrants with plexiglass shields and UV light in the ceiling.

Didn't think about the elevator situation. Good point.

This brings up in my mind the larger question whether urban planners who advocated for high housing density near public transportation have blood on their hands for failing to take into account how they created environments and modes of transplantation conducive to the spread of deadly contagious viral infections.

Yeah, I'm thinking of you JCT.
