I've got an appropriate "Second Thoughts" post I'll get up tomorrow.

Embarrassing, Tate played ok but that’s about it. Porter was out coached and the players didn’t show much grit or execution. We did have a short bench so fatigue probably played into some of this but the boys need to execute. Whether that’s shooting, free throws or not turning it over. This was a horrible game all around.

Outshot, outrebounded, outhustled, outclassed. Williamson had a really rough night. A lot of open shots missed. Again.

If we're up, our game plan works. But if it's close or we're down, we're in big trouble. We have absolutely NO outside shooting.

That aside, we'd better fix this turnover nonsense. It is completely unacceptable.

Not much more to say than every once else has. That game just sucked. There turnovers and the lack our outside shooting make me concerned for the rest of the year.

I didn't see the game, but we had 14 turnovers, which is a tad high but a big improvement over the Furman game.
But our 3 point shooting woes continue. We shot under 20%.
How did our defense look? I know nate said one lineup we had on the court looked like they were playing D in wet concrete.

Yeah... Clemons better be an all-Newcomer team type guy. We also need Frank bad. I like Welch, but he's not a backup center.



Not very good.
