Post subject:  King Cobra, Cobra King

Andre Moore, the center from LU’s 1985 Sweet 16 team, holds the record for the most blocks (stat keeping for blocks began in 1981) in a season, averaging 2.3 blocks in both 1984-5 and 1986-7.

In his senior year of HS, Jeremy King averaged 2.7 blocks a game. Look for Jeremy King’s hand to be reaching up and striking down opponents’ shots for the next 4 years, in addition to coralling opening tip offs. And expect him to improve as time goes on, picking up more experience and logging in more minutes on the floor. If he and his teammates stay healthy, the rest they will provide each other will be valuable to their health and to end of the game performance.

When you think in nature of the creature that rises up high in the air to strike down an target, it is the KING cobra, an apt name for Jeremy King (especially on a team with a Mongoose).
