Ramblers in the Top 6 along with Butler, Minnesota, Notre Dame, TCU, and Texas A&M.

That seems positive.

It's encouraging to see that we are on his radar. I don't like our chances against the Texas schools since he's a Texas kid. I like our chances to get him over Butler and Minnesota. Notre Dame = great school - mediocre basketball...

Either way... Cool he's giving us a look. I hope Porter can convince him to come to Chicago!

Not necessarily a surprise, but LUC did not make the cut for DJ Steward's top 8. However, Illinois and DePaul are still in.

Keshawn Williams released his top 8 schools today and we made the list. Final schools are West Virginia, K State, Colorado, Loyola, Murray State, Tusla, UAB, and Colorado State. It is nice to see other make another final list of schools and I think we have a pretty good shot when compared to the other teams in the list.

I think he should watch the video of when we played K-State in the Elite 8. The recap video on YouTube is enjoyable to watch.

Among his other offers were DePaul, SIU, and Missouri State. So if he decides he wants to stay home, or to play in the MVC, looks like we’re his choice.

Found a YouTube video of Williams' visit to Loyola, a promising sign:

That’s an extended version of what was on the Twitters earlier this summer. Good find.

Love Williams as a guard who can find his own shot; has great handles, and is a local product. His game is so smooth..
