One other offer that I personally hope we're still in on Luke Kasubke. He played for the MOKAN AAU (ben, clay, and cooper's old home) and won the peach jam. At 6'5" he's a bigger guard and a lethal shooter, we were on him early. He attends Chaminade (missouri powerhouse, former home of bradley beal and jayson tatum) too so he has that winner gene. Looks like Kansas State's pretty locked in on him. Weber and Moser must have similar taste.

According to 24/7 Sports, he's coming on a visit on August 27. He's at SLU today, and will be at K-State on the 30th.

I am not sure if everyone is aware of this, but Luke's sister Katie just graduated from Loyola after four very successful years on the softball team.

Good calls on Kasubke; I didn’t even notice that the other days when I checked his new 247 ranking (165). I don’t know if they’ve ever listed an official visit for us. Cool.

Having a sister that played here along with the strong AAU connection is great!

Kasubke is announcing his decision at 10:30 am tomorrow on his Instagram. Just finished his official at K-State this weekend

Have a feeling it will be K State (why, I do not know) but I can't help feeling optimistic at the same time?

SLU has a hometown advantage. We have a family connection. K-State has a big conference advantage.

Always feels like the last visit has the advantage.

Although...if K-State was a slam dunk and the last visit, why not commit during the visit

If it's not K State, why go through with that visit? Who knows

I gotta think it’s KState as well.

Coaches almost certainly know before a public announcement, and Chris Lowery liked Kasubkes announcement post on Twitter; I also don’t like that Kasubke posted pictures from both SLU and Loyola visits on Instagram but not K States...yet.

Would be a huge pick up but plenty of options still on the board. Also great to see us competing for a rivals top 150 product.

Boo. It's a bummer we're not going to get him because he looks like he really would have fit in well at Loyola. Unfortunately, everyone seems to think it's a done deal he's going to K-State. I'm also glad to see that we are going after these top recruits, and hopefully we land somebody great. How many spots do we have for 2020?
