Wow! What are they feeding some of these guys?

Compare the current listed weights of the Ramblers (first number) with their listed weight from last year (number after "/"):

44 Derrick Boone 6-3 180/180
45 Bill Clark 6-4 207/207
5 Joe Crisman 6-4 195/195
13 London Dokubo 6-0 170/165
35 Milton Doyle 6-4 180/170
10 Cody Johnson 6-10 245/na
34 Cal Kennedy 6-6 193/na
33 Jeremy King 6-10 235/209
52 Tony Nixon 6-4 207/na
22 Matt O'Leary 6-8 225/210
25 Nick Osborne 6-8 220/220
2 Jordan Pickett 6-0 165/na
32 Christian Thomas 6-5 220/220
4 Devon Turk 6-4 193/170
23 Jeff White 6-1 183/160
30 Tanner Williams 6-7 215/205

Jeremy added 26 lbs., Devon and Keke both put on 23 lbs, Tanner and Milton 10 each, and O'Leary now weighs more than Osborne.

Meanwhile, I'm holding steady with a BMI appropriate to my age and sedentary ways...

That's good to see for you guys. The Valley is physical and having more muscle and weight can really help and not just for the bigs. Guard play can be very physical on the perimeter.

King needed to add that weight. Same with O'Leary. Can't get pushed around on the blocks.

As for the guards...good. I'm sure that the weight added is over 90% muscle. It won't hurt for our guys to be stronger.

If King continues to add weight at the same rate, he will be well over 300 lbs. as a senior.

And in a few short years after graduation he might be a contestant on The Biggest Loser.

As for MY weight--The word is never mentioned here in Zippy-land !!!

O'Leary added nearly 20 pounds to his frame since the end of the season, while only increasing his body fat % by 0.4%. Lots of lean muscle added. I'm sure the other guys gains were similar. They've got a good strength/nutrition program going.
