Is this really Jerry's championship ring?

On two of the pictures it shows what could be identifying markers blocked out with a yellow band. My guess is it's a name and a uniform number. I wonder if it's Vic Rouse's ring? That would be too bad.

It says farther down that it's the captain's ring. That would be Harkness. If it's the real thing Loyola ought to buy it and give it back to him. Or would that be a violation?
