Northern Iowa - On the Monday of the last week of the season, UNI is ranked #10 in the latest AP poll after extending their winning streak to 15 games last week. The Panthers beat Loyola in Chicago and Bradley at home by nearly identical scores, holding each opponent to only 39 points. They’ll wrap up the season this week by hosting Evansville (the only league team to beat them) before the ESPN College Gameday showdown in Wichita on the final day of the regular season.

Wichita State – Gregg Marshall’s crew cruised to easy wins last week at SIU and home against Evansville, and jumped two spots in the AP poll to #11. They’ll travel to Terre Haute this week before their regular season finale against UNI, most likely determining the regular season championship and top seed at Arch Madness.

Indiana State - The Sycamores opened the door for a third place scramble last week by losing at Missouri State, but recovered to take care of SIU at home. At 10-6, they have a chance to play spoiler when hosting Wichita State on Wednesday, and could lock up third place with a win at Bradley to finish their improbable season.

Illinois State – With wins over Bradley in Peoria and hosting Loyola, the Birds pulled into a tie with Evansville for fourth, just one game behind the Trees. If Dan Muller’s guys don’t blow an expected win hosting SIU on Wednesday, they have a shot at locking up fourth (or even third if ISUb loses out) with a win at Evansville to close the season.

Evansville – The Aces had a split last week, taking care of Drake at home before losing by 19 at Koch Arena. At 9-7, tied with Illinois State, they’ll have to beat UNI in Cedar Falls and the Redbirds at home (and hope for the Trees to split or worse) to keep third place a possibility.

Drake – The Bulldogs dropped a roadie in Evansville before laying a 35-point beatdown on Missouri State at home. With Loyola’s two losses last week, it sets up a winner-takes-sixth showdown with the Ramblers on Wednesday, before a mostly inconsequential road game at SIU to wrap up the year.

Missouri State - Paul Lusk & Company had a Jekyll and Hyde week, upsetting Indiana State at home before losing by 35 at Drake. They wrap up a disappointing season by facing Bradley before a trip to Chicago.

SIU - A 22-point home loss to Wichita State and a 20-point loss at Indiana State dropped the Salukis to 3-13. They visit Illinois State before hosting Drake to close the season.

Bradley – After losing two games last week-- at home to top rival Illinois State and on the road at UNI—the 3-13 Braves will end a nasty season with a road trip to Springfield, Mo. before hosting Indiana State.
